I have been a eBay seller for almost a year now with 100% positive feedback.
I know I only have 27 feed backs as a seller but I think it is enough to determine the capacity of
the seller to ship items on time and provide good customer service.
I am not a store or someone with an online store I am just trying to make an extra buck selling some parts on eBay. Last month I sold about $1,200.00 which I only have $250.000 available. What a joke now I have to pay shipping so I can send out packages and patiently wait for feedback so i can get my money released which is about 22 days. Being that I am only making an extra buck this is unfair because I am putting money into something I am not making much.
I finally decided to call paypal and ask them the million dollar question "WHERE IS MY MONEY?" and more excuses than answers came up.
-PAYPAL- We have your money on hold to make sure you are doing everything correctly. Such as shipping item on time and making sure your customer is happy.
I do not think that is their concern because we are paying for their service which is to receive money NOT take care of us in every single angle and prohibit us from getting the money we earned.
-PAYPAL- We are working on having your account reviewed on the 27th of February.
So it means that if I do not call them they never would of reviewed my account?
-PAYPAL- We are going to move the review date to the 23rd of February.
SO I called today and they had told me I missed the seller's goal board by 0.2%
been that goal is 4.8 and only have 4.6.
They said that I am fairly new and that I am inexperience in handling customer how can they say that when I never had a dispute on paypal which I used on over 100 transactions.
I need money!
-PAYPAL- SO here is the thing I am going to release $100 more to help you out.
HELP ME OUT!!!?? What are you talking about it is my money.
-PAYPAL- I am getting really fustrated explaining that I am going to review your account again until next month so if you qualify we remove account limitations.
Ok One last question ARE YOU GUYS GAINING INTERESTS WITH OUR MONEY?

What are we getting for it? Isn't that illegal?
-PAYPAL- if it would be illegal there would be people submitting lawsuits.
Well most of your new customers are foreign and some of them do not speak to much English and I am pretty sure they are not going to call paypal and ask for their money.
I agreed on eBay fees which it is a lot but it is my choice to be there.
It is not my choice to have them do with my money as they please.
Like I told him if the money is not in my pocket who assures me it is going to be there.
